We collect minimal anonymous data limited to level attempt counts. Mushroom Cave does not use advertising networks, social logins, or any form of tracking technology.
Level attempt counts are aggregated to identify which puzzles may need redesigning. Individual player behaviour is never analysed or retained beyond a single session.
We never sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
Your star ratings, level progress, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. This data stays entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Only a minimal session cookie — strictly necessary for the game to function — may be set by your browser.
Mushroom Cave loads typefaces from Google Fonts to achieve its visual style. A font request is sent to Google's servers; please consult Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle such requests.
Mushroom Cave is suitable for all ages. It contains no in-app purchases, advertising, account registration, or social features. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Because we collect minimal data and store game progress locally on your device, there is very little personal information at risk. We apply industry-standard practices to any data that does pass through our systems.
You may clear all local Mushroom Cave data at any time through your browser's storage settings. This will reset your progress and star ratings.
